1. Propels branch performance to achieve annual goals on loan Generation, Loan Management, Profitability, Resource Management and Audit Compliance.
2. Initiate networking and marketing within communities to find and attract new business.
3. Conducts follow-up past due accounts and collection activities.
4. Conduct credit investigation and collateral appraisal in the absence of the Credit Investigator/Appraiser.
5. Monitors financial reporting requirements, loan documentation requirements and collection procedures to ensure compliance with the SOPs.

11. Recommends approval of solicitation, donations, and sponsorship from NGOs and government agencies.
12. Recommends approval of Travel Order form of branch personnel.
13. Recommends approval of liquidation of cash advances.
14. Approves payment request in the branch.

15. Recommends approval of manpower request (Personnel Requisition Form)
16. Facilities on boarding of newly hired staff in the branch.
17. Recommends employee’s regularization and promotion.
18. Monitors duties, responsibilities and performance of branch personnel; and conduct Performance Appraisal Report (PAR)
19. Monitors attendance of the staff to Training and Development Programs of the head office.
20. Implements Company Rules and Regulations: and administers corrective measures or sanctions under the CRR at the branch.
21. Checks, recommends and approves
completeness of CAM and accuracy of accomplishment Deed of REM or CHM, MRI, MOA, Promissory Note and Disclosure Statement.
22. Reviews collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amount of outstanding balance.
23. Conducts cash count at the end of the day and oversees the flow of cash or financial instruments.
24. Submits delinquent accounts to legal Counsel for collection and other legal actions.
Represent the branch in court hearings.
25. Attends Quarterly Branch Managers Meeting and other meetings called by the head Office.
26. Performs all branch functions in the absence of the branch staff.
27. Safe keeps office keys and vault number combination and maintains confidently of passwords.
28. Assigns personnel and ensures safety of excess funds for deposits.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.
1. Gathers and analyzes credit data and financial statements of prospective client to establish the degree of credit worthiness, character and capacity to pay.
2. Confers with credit association, banks and other business representatives to verify client's financial and credit transactions.
3. Conducts ocular inspection of collateral to evaluate its condition and to identify special features and improvements in the collateral.
4. Evaluates location and neighborhood where collateral is situated.
5. Check Fair Market Value of Collateral, sales information, zoning-by-laws and/or building codes in order to determine any effects on the appraised properties and to established its value.
6. Computes final estimation of chattel, agricultural, residential, commercial and industrial property values, considering depreciation, zonal valuation, value comparisons of similar properties, and income potentials .
7. Conduct appraisal of QCL-Jewelry collateral.
8. Seals the jewelry in the collateral envelope in the absence of the Loans Processor.
9. Performs credit investigation as to the existence and exact location of the client's residents; confirms sources of income; and gathers feedback on clients standing in the community.
10. Prepares Credit Investigation and Appraisal Reports, with estimated property value and the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
11. Processes annotation of mortgage at the Registry of Deeds.
12. Ensure efficient and effective collection activities.
13. Visits clients to follow up payments, inquire reasons for delayed payments, and ensures commitment to pay within specified date.
14. Delivers lawyers letter and demand notice for past due accounts.
15. Secures equipment and tools used in the appraisal of collateral.
16. Conducts re-appraisal of acquired Assets
17. Maintains confidentiality of passwords.
18. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.
