Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office. Timely updating of
employees document expiries with PRO and sending them for medical and EID
renewals. Preparing list of passports, EID and labour contract expiries and taking steps
for the renewals. Recruiting and staffing. Assist with payroll processes. Maintaining
organized and up-to-date HR files. Takes part in Inventory control Dept activities like
Data Entry in ERP software. (Goods Received Note, Delivery Orders and Batch cards
entry

Preparing quotations, LPOs.Documentation.Handled HR activities like recruitment,
staffing, coordinating training programmes .Accounts handling includes salary
releasing, Invoices preparation, releasing and collection of payments. Handling
renewal processing like preparing expiry lists, document setting for renewals, updation
of renewals. Leave application management. Scheduling and conducting interviews.
