Meet and greet all customers in a professional and efficient manner
Attend to customers enquiries and provide accurate information regarding vehicle status, products and services
Co-ordinate with the site drivers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Ensure that all after sales products are introduced to the customer along with their benefits.

Update SAP on vehicle status and customer information
Communicate and co-ordinate with inter departmental personnel.
Receive and attend to customer queries and calls on products and services promptly and provide the desired information in a courteous manner. Receive pre-alerts from various origins and preparing the shipping documents as per the destination country requirements. Create Certificate of Origin (COO) & follow up for attestation from respective government bodies/consulates.
Ensure timely dispatch of documents internally, to destination offices & the end consignees to avoid any demurrage / storage charges at destination. Effectively monitor and track the progress of the shipment right from the time the shipment is picked at the origin to the time it is delivered to the customer.
Receives, transmits, executes letters and make follow-up calls on urgent and non-urgent operating complaints like inquiries, verifications and requests primarily through telephone. Transmits and relays information on complaints through the computer by means of Operating Trouble Management System (OTMS) or through facsimile whenever the communication links are out of commission. Service related concerns such as billing, payments, and service application. Reports on power outages, line troubles, defective facilities and streetlights. Pilferage-related concerns & Operator assistance
Responsible for handling branch operations and all subscribers front-end processes as per assigned work by ensuring that all clients receive a consistent quality standard of service. Attends to inquiries, verifications, and complaints of customers using Integrated Customer Management System (ICMS) and coordinates with various sections regarding follow through of required actions to address subscribers concern within the agreed specified time.

Dealing with telephone & email inquiries, creating & maintaining filing systems, invoicing, ordering & maintaining stationery & equipment supplies. Organizing & storing paper works, documents & computer-based information. Process transactions with clients and ensures that booking and after-sales service are delivered with in utmost efficiency
