Studied various alternate alignments, legal issues, availability of land, drainage issues and cost factors. Total road length measuring 1.6km, two bridges, water retaining structure with total cost of $6.5million (Including land coat).

Managed complete procurement process including, bid preparation, e-tendering, technical approvals, award of tenders after due analysis/ comparison of rates for sewer, road and building projects.
