Job Description:
• Participating in managing the group and making decisions that would achieve the goals and vision of senior management on the one hand and advance its institutions at all levels on the other hand. • Lead the sales and marketing team and develop and develop mechanisms to ensure revenue growth and reduce costs. Study the market and competition and use the latest digital technologies, communication channels and questionnaire forms to ensure customer satisfaction and receive their suggestions, thus maintaining distinguished relationships with customers and increasing their number, in addition to developing and innovating new mechanisms to increase sales and achieve goals.
• Leading the procurement team and professionally managing purchases, contracts and bilateral agreements with suppliers and agents and maintaining strong relationships with them based on high reliability and developing them to ensure the greatest possible benefit.
• Monitoring the companys financial and accounting performance, developing and applying internal mechanisms and procedures to organize accounting operations, and coordinating with the CEO and CFO to determine the requirements for implementing the annual plan and presenting it to management.
• Building a huge and integrated digital system to support the implementation of all of the above and its continuous development. And integrating digital technology into all areas of business. Choosing the best technologies that will improve productivity and reduce operational costs. In addition to building an attractive and effective digital interface for the companys digital marketing and e-commerce by supervising the construction and customization of mobile phone applications and websites and relying on digital technologies that will Attract more customers and benefit from their experiences and feedback.
