• Managed MS portfolio (Office 365, EMS, Microsoft 365, Windows 10 and Dynamics 365) and azure services (production, Disaster recovery and backup solutions).
• Explain to the customer’s office 365 plans and prepare proposal with the best plan based on business needs.
