I have worked in organizing events department as a (marketing specialist):
This department work in:
- Promoting tourism and retail sales sector movement in Jeddah by creating marketing summer festivals.
-Work on attracting large numbers of visitors and tourists.
-Move the economic and trade wheel in the region and promote tourism during the holiday period by activating and supporting markets and the retail sector and other tourist sectors such as hotels, entertainment venues and resorts through sales, downloads and events.
-Work on the development of tourism and marketing organization of festivals that give the field to create opportunities for investors in the tourism sector to enter and experience.



The tasks I have done in my training job:
-Taking a brief about marketing file for Jeddah Summer Festival 2016.
-organizing the gifts provided by the Otlat agency for travel & tourism.
-Arranging awards for winners.
-Prepare a marketing file for Jeddah Beach Festival 2016 .
-E-marketing for events via twitter.
-Rating events.
-Writing formal minutes.
-Sort papers into contracts, withdrawals, bills and schedules.
-Create a budget for Jeddah beach festival.
