• Manage route van sales (36 delivery vans), channel, institutional and retail sales and command an area including Agra, Aligarh, Bharatpur, Dhaulpur, Eta, Etawah, Mainpuri and Mathura etc., lead a team of 88 sales & marketing personnel.
• Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing brand building programmes, events and sector specific programs etc. Catered to the HORECA segment.
• Design and Execute Market and brand development programs. Manage area and institutional sales. Overall management of the POS centers.
• Liaison with the corporate and other institutions and Media planning. Channel management, product launch and management of the same.
• Managed product launch of Sprite Canisters, New Fanta & 7up.
• Annual business turnover registered 7, 000, 000 cases (aerated drinks & mineral water). Reporting to the Managing Director.
