Role & Responsibilities:
Analyze and supervise all the construction activities of the project which includes RCC work, steel reinforcement work of the whole project including shuttering, Quantity and quality assurance of material and its availability on site.
Making technical drawings which include estimation and all the specs.
Preparing a method statement(MS)and taking permission from the client and making sure that activity is performed according to the approved
method statement.
Request for Permit to Work (PTW) on site from the head contractor prior to the start of any new activity on site.
Toolbox Talk (TBT) will be conducted at the site prior to the start of any activity in order to prevent any injuries (that may occur to the workers) at the project site and maintain a safe working environment.
Making plans for all the site activities with the Senior Project Engineer and Planning Engineer.
Binding all the applicable documents i.e Method Statement (MS), Inspection test plan (ITP), Task risk assessment (TRA) approved from HSE, drawings, specifications, mechanical tools, and equipment third-party certificate.
Preparing a list and putting forward the list to the procurement department to arrange tools and equipment which will be used in next week's plan activity.
Checking all the survey equipment and making sure that equipment is well calibrated in order to prevent any dimension errors in the survey equipment.
Elevate the RFI according to ITP and send invitations to QA/QC engineer from the consultant to inspect the site activity.
File and maintain all the documents so that we can use these documents during requesting of IPC (Interim Payment Certificate).
If the inspection request is rejected by the consultant, then we will follow NCR and try to close the activity as soon as possible.
Role & Responsibilities:
Assist during construction and review of all tasks related to tunnel construction and alignment.
Perform review of all construction documents and assist the project managers in directing the work of all contractors.
Conduct quality control during construction, including review of specifications and drawings, and assisting with construct-ability reviews.
Improve construction processes and efficiencies, including the development of instruments, tools, and databases.
Provide technical guidance, support, and training to project managers, superintendents, and tunnel construction laborers.
Perform budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains project database by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data. Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
