Perform Field Appraisals; • Ensure that credit facilities are properly booked, in compliance with the bank’s credit policy and procedure
• Analyze and Recommend credit facility applications of customers to the Head Unit.
• Identify credit facilities that require management’s attention and those that must be passed to remedial management for follow-up.
• Provide advice to customers on what type of loan product is relevant to their nature of business or suit their needs.
• Educate customers on the conditions and requirements attached to each loan product.
• Liaise with Business Managers on customers’ trigger levels and when necessary, initiate direct contact with customer.
• Monitor the running loans and ensure that they are performing and meeting up to conditions as stated in the offer letter prior to disbursement.
• Ensure that the branch loans are performing and do not become PAR.
• Maintain a close and business relationship with the obligors, informing them constantly of their obligations, due dates and implications of defaulting.
• Ascertain and verify character, capacity and context of the customer before loan disbursement.
To plan, direct and coordinate Factory activities to ensure
the current and future plans of the organization are met; report to the Managing Director on major production challenges and results; recruit /select/orientate/train senior personnel of the factory; overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule. Ensuring the day-to-day running of the factory is cost effective. Also manage stock, human and knowledge resource of staff and casuals.

• Identifying training needs.
Perform Quality Assurance at every stage of production. Give report on happenings to the production supervisor, likewise working together with the production manager in planning and implementing strategies to increase productivity. Determine cost of production by working on cost of raw materials to arrive at a definite selling price. Optimal use of available materials to yield desired result. As a safety officer, ensuring work place safety is prioritized. Assign PPE's to factory staffs and visitors to factory. Enforcing standards of work place safety in factory and environs. Placing safety signs where necessary.
Responsibilities: To advertise job opening by posting them on job sites. Submit proposals with potential clients. Generate a mutual relationship with clients. Do follow up and seal deals. Meet with eventual clients, go for presentations and attend to their health and safety needs.
