Roles & Responsibility:
Product Availability Ownership: ensure all required systems are in place to deliver the target materials availability within agreed stock window.
Lead all orders & communication with suppliers through SAP.
Articles Master Data Accuracy: to ensure that MRP Views of items are representing the agreed parameters.
Raw & Packing Materials Inventory Ownership: Ensuring required systems are in place to deliver the target inventory glide-path. Owning the RPM inventory stocks design.
People Management for Supply Planning Unit Members: Must lead the RPM planners to achieve their targets. Also accountable for leading their annual W&DP with SIP Leader and covering their tasks during their vacation/training.
Ensuring the day-2-day availability of the Products maintaining the targeted stocks and the required reduction plans.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, Finance and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers
Lead Inventory Reduction Projects with a target of 10% reduction year after year
Manage the utilization of shipping lines and obtain optimal shipping rates / Incoterms / Insurance policies in order to ensure cost reduction target.
Warehouse Space optimization through inventory management & optimization Projects with suppliers.
