•Value engineering and redesign and prepare workshop drawings of MUWASAT hospital Khobar and Procare hospital and Fakeih project Jeddah and Saudi railway hangers and Saudi food and drugs laboratories project Dammam, ……etc. after that shifted to work for construction support as follows in project 097-C70R (SR 500 Million) in jubail from May 2016 till now in the following activities:
•Coordinate works with different section such as HAVC/mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
•Supervise and monitor progress of work and initiate necessary measures to expedite site work.
•Coordinate with the Construction Manager and Procurement Manager regarding the demand of materials, equipment and schedule on site.
•Interacting with the drawing & design consultants & Architects for the smooth process.
•Supervising on-site & ongoing construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction within time & cost constraints & effectively utilizing resources to maximize the output.
•Allocations of duties of, contractor/working agencies as per their specialization in work for qualitative & timely completion of work.
•Keeping record of the manpower utilized and the requirement of the same as per the estimate schedule of the work on daily basis.
•QA/QC engineer for civil works and responsible for preparing HPR and QAN and producing daily quality reports and handling MIR for precast and stone cladding and doing inspection for all of that making sure it meets W/S drawings and specifications.
•Competent person for rigging licensed as a rigger level 2 from TUV NORD.
•Deputy construction manager for 6 buildings hollow core slab system and precast cladding
