• Leading the Human Resources transformation in Deputyship.
• Develop the new structure of the Deputyship and its departments.
• Leading several programs, projects, and initiatives. • Developing leadership programs and other training programs.
• Providing training sessions and workshops to the team members in planning, process mapping, and project management.
