Developing Baseline program with detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Network diagram, Critical path, milestones & project deliverables by effectively communicating with all stakeholders involved and ensuring consistency with contract
documents (Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Drawings and Method Statement).
Reprogramming the tender activities on the basis of actual project requirement and developing baseline schedule with all manpower, material & equipment resources and cost loading the program in Primavera P6.
Preparing Recovery program and Three Week Look Ahead programs as per construction requirement for effective project administration.
Tracking the baseline by ensuring that the project schedule is being updated on periodical basis and supporting project manager and site team to build the deliverables on time.
Monitoring the progress and analyzing project progress versus baseline program and identifying / forecasting delays to mitigate risks to take preventive action.
Reporting KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) comprising Engineering deliverables like Design status, shop drawing performance, procurement performance and publishing Project Dashboard.
Measuring the outturn efficiency of each team and alerting the construction manager if any substandard output for a particular period found which has the time and cost implications on project.
Coordinating with design consultant Bilfinger Tebodin to get the concept design, preliminary design and detailed design approved by Etihad Rail (Etihad Rail is one of the Stakeholder in this Project).
Attending progress meetings with client and making presentation about the project progress in areas like Engineering Submittals, Approvals, Material, Shop drawings, method statements and NOC. Attending Review meetings with client & consultant to discuss project issues, performance, requirement and technical & commercial aspects of project delivery.
Assisting project manager in drafting correspondence letters and replying client emails.

Developing detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Network diagram, Critical path, milestones & project deliverables by effectively communicating with all stakeholders involved and ensuring consistency with contract documents (Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Drawings and Method Statement).
2. Reprogramming the tender activities on the basis of actual project requirement and formulating baseline schedule with all manpower, material & equipment resources and cost loading the program in Primavera P6.
3. Preparing Target construction Program (TCP), Micro programs, Mini schedules and look-ahead programs as per construction requirement for effective project administration.
4. Tracking the baseline by ensuring that the project schedule is being updated on periodical basis and supporting project manager and site team to build the deliverables on time.
5. Monitoring the progress and analyzing project progress versus baseline program and identifying / forecasting delays to mitigate risks to take preventive action.
6. Performing Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and following-up with Project and Construction Managers and advising them regarding the activity falling on critical path and its effect on other activities in schedule if delayed.
7. Analyzing overall project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and Key Performance Indexes (KPI’s) by investigating the schedule and advising the team on cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) and preparing forecasts resulting from significant deviations from scheduled baselines and identifying shortcomings.
8. Liaising with Project Manager and making recovery plans, monitoring implementation and ensuring the project completion within the specified duration and supporting the project Manager's decision-making process providing all information necessary for a rapid identification of unfavorable trend or potential problem in time in order to start immediate corrective actions.
9. Coordinating with Procurement engineer to update the procurement schedule & material delivery status.
10. Preparing monthly cash flow statements and making Cash 'S' curve chart, histograms and Gantt charts.
11. Attending review meetings with client and consultant to discuss project site issues, program thresholds, risks, variations, escalation etc.
12. Preparing as built schedule and closure reports for each structure.
1. Preparing daily progress report (DPR), monthly progress report (MPR), project performance report (cash in & cash out statement) & management information system (MIS) Reports.
2. Planning day, week and month wise program and incorporating with resource schedule including manpower, materials required, area of formwork required, Plant & equipment required to complete the activity.
3. Developing Target Construction Program through logical sequence of activities as per client’s delivery requirement.
4. Planning of all construction activities involved in work package & tracking the same on daily basis with actuals.
5. Preparing balance program and resource requirement to complete the project.
6. Monitoring site work progress with respect to the baseline schedule.
7. Preparing & monitoring procurement schedule for procuring materials and delivery.
8. Liaising with various departments and doing follow-up with Procurement department for material, drawing team for shop drawing.
9. Developing Look-ahead programs for three weeks and three months
10. Liaising with technical team to support project requirements at all stages.
11. Tracking the Project status by updating the baseline schedule with actual dates of the activities.
12. Maintaining healthy relationship with Clients, Subcontractors and team members.
13. Effective communication with the team to close any technical issue arising and taking immediate action on client’s requirements and priority.
14. Coordinating with document controller and documenting all correspondences (to and from) with respect to project planning.
15. Assisting commercial team in project closeout for Final valuation by preparing re-measurement takeoff, bar bending schedule, submitting checklists & pour-cards, as built survey records, as built schedule records, guaranty certificates etc.
16. Preparing Cost report on weekly basis and generating consolidated report for monthly reconciliation.
17. Preparing Sub contractor reconciliation report by comparing the paid quantity (amount) to subcontractor versus claimed quantity (amount) from client.
18. Preparing Material reconciliation report by comparing the theoretical consumption of material against a BOQ (Bill of quantity) item versus actual consumption of material.
