•Monitor the assigned work in accordance with the ITP and Project Execution Plan, applicable Project Procedures and Specifications, including Clients Project Procedures on Safety and Quality Control, and along with the project schedule targets.
•Review of Isometric/workshop drawings, standards and client specifications and explain to QA/QC Inspectors if required and for special requirements if any.
•Preparing the ITP’s and method statements for the all civil related activities.
Reviewing the all quality related documents, submitted by sub-contractors and if found acceptable, submitting to client for final approval.
•Inspection of all activities as per the approved /agreed ITP or contract for a project. Sign Final Release Orders. Preparation of daily reports for the inspections carried out.
•Daily routine inspection and site surveillance all site concreting work, Backfilling, Grouting, Tiling work, Water proofing, Plumping work, Painting work, Fire proofing work and Road & Pavement works.
•Daily routine inspection and site surveillance all site erection of steel structure and foundation and pedestal of steel structure.
•Overall responsible for all quality control activities as per the project specification.
•Check civil foundation coordinates and elevation prior for erections of steel structure.
•Monitor daily work activities on site such as erection of steel structures, alignment, bolt tightening and grouting activities.
•Coordinate with Client inspector on a day to day basis for the inspections and documentations.
•To conduct tool box talks for production personnel regarding Quality, as and when found necessary.
•Ensuring the correct implementation of the project-defined Quality Management System through the planning and performance of quality audits on the various Project positions and monitoring the progress of specific work processes.
•Coordinate with the client representatives to ensure that inspections are carried out expediently.
•Generate client Requests for Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for hold, witness and inspection points.
•Conducting quality training program for the construction personnel and to ensure the awareness of quality requirements.
•Manage the NCR’s and the Quality Alerts till the close out; conducting, where required by the contract, external audits on the Quality Management System of suppliers, for Project qualification purposes. Provide input into lessons learned.
•Conduct the audits on the site organization and the contractors to verify the correct application of the Quality System; supporting PD in relations with the Client and with the Authorities responsible for the Quality and Integrity Issues.
•Demonstrates the ability to lead and direct others in accomplishing work. Decisions are based on logical assumptions; reflect factual information and available resources.
•Writes Inspection Reports, Site observations, non-compliance & surveillance reports onsite Inspection findings and maintain Inspection Records as Quality Records of Inspection.
•Worked as per the safety standard of KOC, PDO, ADCO & L&T HYDROCARBON ENGINEERING LTD.
