communicate to the relevant teams
• Organize and manage the project paper and electronic filing systems used by BRMs
• Maintain hard copies of signed documentation in project folders
Job description : Internal Control Unit (ICU):
* Conduct all types of operations review for all Branches,
Departments, Sales
Units and all consumer functions.
* Provide an operational & control support to the business
whenever needed for any new Services /Products.
* Handling all Customer Complaints.
* Review & follow the rectification for the comments raised in
Audit reports
over all the bank branches.
* Handling the comments raised in CBE report for reply.
* Following-up on responses, feedback from branches for
different operation issues such as account code report, debit
interest rate report, ….etc .
* Reporting any suspicious transactions detected from the
reviewed branches’ general ledger to the Support
& Development Team Leader as soon as possible without delay.
* Assisting in collecting and obtaining sufficient data and/or
documents from
branches that helps in reporting the branches’ weaknesses.
* Reviewing casual overdraft accounts & unclaimed old items.
* Review Suspense Accounts.
* Ledger Proofs.
* Working with AS400 ( MIDAS & EQUATION ) & T24(Tominos)
Systems.
Project Coordinator - Project Management
