• Negotiated and prepared agreements for closeouts of all pending data projects with vendors. Closed in total 12 projects with a financial value of 660 Million SAR.
• Studied and presented solutions such as introducing a new multi-service switch, implementing enterprise VoIP, Ethernet as an access technology.
• Working with the Strategic Planning team to set the network direction for the coming 5 years.
