1. Greet all guests at all times in a friendly and respectful manner and attempt to learn and use
guests by name at every opportunity.
2. Welcomes the entire guest and register all arrival rooms according with established
procedures.
3. IN-House guests personnel cash and travelers checks and assist with currency exchange.
4. Responsible to attend and assist the guest requests using of Hotel facilities at all the time.
5. Knowledgeable of all the internal promotions, special offers in various department and
outlets.
6. Attend the guest complaints, inquires and requests, referees problems to Supervisor/
Department Head if not available.
7. Relieve Night Auditor on his/ her Day off and during his/her annual vacation.
