Specialized in fabrication & erection of piping (small and large bore) Including all type of materials like Carbon steel piping ( ASTM A 106, A 105, A234 API 5L GR A/B), LTCS A 333, Piping manifold, Pipe tie-ins, Hot tapping, Mechanical seal plug jobs, Foam system piping, Cooling water system, Fire fighting system, All kind of supports like shoe supports, saddle supports, Spring supports, Structural supports, Civil sleepers and Foundation etc. Structures for pipe rack & Equipments.Plant shut down job includes preparatory work for the piping, Nitrogen purging, Identify the spade /positive isolation locations, Draining& Depressurisation, Blinding/Spading as per Blind/Spade list(By using BA apparatus), Open vents and Drains, Steam/Nitrogen purging for making the system hydrocarbon free, Carryout gas test, Cold cut/Hot cut the llines, Job execution adhered to PTW system.Follow the running plant welding procedure for welding and related jobs, Maintenance and repair works of storage tanks(Floating roof, Cone roof) Double deck roof tank, Modification of piping and Structurals . NDT works, hydrotesting and pneumatic testing of piping, vessels, heater coils, exchangers(both shell and tube test), MPI, RT, PT, Vacuum Box test, commissioning and pre commissioning activities like Flushing by air water, air flushing by using Rupture disc, Air drying the lines. Hot bolting, Odd bolting, Isolation procedures, De gassing, Desludging and cleaning by hydro dozer, Manual cleaning, and Hydro jetting works, Sweep blasting of floor plates for inspection. Carryout PIGGING operation, Pig launching and pig retrieving, Pig type involves Low density soft PIG, medium Density PIG, hard brush PIG and intelligent PIG.
Major overhaul and maint of
Reactor columns, strippers-Shutdown and cleaning-replacement of inetrnal lining trays, buble caps, distributors, down comers, nozzlesrepair of vent drum etc
Seperators, Gas scrubbers-Remove and repair of internals like swirlers, baffle plates, guide vane plated, vortex breakers, relief systems.
Spheroids-Internal removal, Nozzle replacements.leg fire protection etc
Involved in Following Shutdown/major overhaul/maintenance project jobs with ADMA-OPCO:-
CTU plant shut down, Zakum plant shut down, piping replacement.
De-bottlenecking of Umm shaife & Zakum Separators
Duties and Responsibilities (routine activities)
Responsibilities to ensure the construction & Maintenance activities to be carried out in time with the allotted resoures with full safety, specification, drawings, safety regulations & quality control plan, develop emergency response plans from the review of potential emergency scenarious before commencement of works, preparation of method statement and related risk accessments, preparation of construction drawings, as built drawings etc.
Estimation of Bill of quantities / materials from P & ID (process & Instrument drawings), GAD (general arrangement drawings), Isometric drawings.
Site supervision for Piping and repair/ maintenance works of static equipments.
Structural / Piping, pipe rack and equipment & Prssure Vessels fabrication / erection
Estimating the bill of material from isometrics and layouts.
Construction / fabrication and erection as per standard and drawing
Hydro testing like columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, drums, pipings etc
Familiar with piping and instrumentation diagram (P & ID), General Arrangement drawings (GAD), and Isometric drawings (ISO), equipment drawings and its structural general arrangements drawings.
Familiar in Welding Inspection of Welding Processes (GTAW, SMAW)
Familiar with NDT like MPI, PT, RT, PWHT, UT
Familiar with visual welding inspection.
Ensure HSE issues are given primary consideration in all activities undertaken within area of responsibility.
Ensuring toolbox Talks and task briefing are conducted on regular basis.
