Supply Planning & ensuring smooth supplies vis-à-vis demands, Identification of Source of Supply, Optimum Order Quantity, Value, etc.
Materials Management / Inventory Controls, Identifying Optimum Inventory Levels, Safety Stock Levels in line of Organizational needs.
Acting as Demand Planner for IAR Business, projecting trends, analysis & SKU build up to support Supply Planning.
Budgeting & Planning Annual SKU build up with Sales Team, in line with Organizational growth Objectives.
Assisting the Sales team with tracking SKU performance, Margin Analysis & its rationalization.
Identifying & Managing Excess & Obsolete Inventory, regularly interacting with Sales & other departments on identifying ways & means to control / liquidate such stocks.
Defining, Measuring, Monitoring & Reporting the Management with KPI’s / reports on Availability / Fill Rates / Possible billing / No Stock Analysis / SKU Value contribution / Etc,
Participating in NPD activities, giving its possible lead time / appropriate quantity for a smoother launch & stability of the same thereafter.
Regularly interacting / coordinating with Global Sourcing / Quality / Logistics teams to improve product packaging & its quality.
Planning & supporting Sales Team with regular & special schemes / promotions.
Participating in System Development & automation of process in Demand & Supply Planning.
Evaluating & recommending the management in improving Freight & Other costs (AIR / Courier / LCL / Etc.)
Participating in S&OP & other key initiative to improve sales, Tracking of Vendor delivery / performance thru Supply Review.
Reporting to the Head of Finance & Commercial.
Assumed full accountability on day to day operations involving supply chain, commercial, trade finance, MIS, payroll, insurance, accounting and new projects.
Managing & mentoring the team of Supply Chain & Commercial to achieve organizational objective.
Preparation & participating in annual budgeting, its regular tracking & control.
Facilitating smooth execution of works through effective liaison with various departments., Coordinating monthly / quarterly plan with the sales team; discussing order specifications with the customers; negotiating with banks for acceptance of documents, etc. and regular interaction with Customs, Municipality, MOH, Chamber of Commerce, Etisalat and Free Zone authority, MoFA, MoJ, etc to meet day to day needs.
Preparation of 3 months / 6 months rolling forecast, discussing with Sales, sharing the same with the Customers, following up on the firm orders, sourcing them to suppliers for timely & smooth supplies.
Participation in New Product Developments, products pricing, its initial demand generation & lead time estimation for a timely & smoother launch.
Regular interaction with Customers on monthly firm orders, stocks in hand, updating them of availability & status on shipments, understanding & addressing concerns with regards to other Supply Chain related aspects.
Debtors Management & control thru regular tracking & follow up on timely receipts of Customer dues.
Communicating with CHA’s / Shipping companies for the planning & timely delivery of shipments to customers.
Generating and providing the management with up-to-date MIS reports, like Sales Flash, expected future orders, Rolling forecast, cogs /mktvc expenditure, shipment status, monthly order in hand reports, stock availability, total cost management, debtors & creditors ageing & analysis, product pricing and employee overheads management.
Assisting Human Resource Dept. in recruitment, thru arranging visa & other requirements, required in the initial period of joining of employee.
Managing payroll, monthly processing / disbursement of Salaries & provisioning of other employee related benefits.
Managing the Insurance coverage of Members (medical) insurance, including marine, property / assets, Mal practice, third party liabilities & claims arising in this regards.
Timely accounting / booking & Invoicing of the customer orders, setting up monthly provisions and looking into the smooth execution of monthly audit for sales and purchases.
Handling Compliance related matters of company in Free Zone, while interacting with FZ Authority on Lease / License / additional or new office space, Employee Visa, etc.
Implementing Standard Operating Procedures and participating in regular IT developmental projects of the company.
Report direct to the Head-Commercial.
Coordinated commercial export activities and documentation of multiproduct for various countries.
Channelized smooth planning and execution of dispatches in coordination with the relevant authorities.
Obtained approvals and clearances from government offices, clearing agents, factories, overseas distributors, consulates, banks and insurance companies.
