• Overseeing the smooth execution of all project phases including business requirement gathering, operation analysis, solution design and testing for implementing HRMS system.
• Establishing systems specifications/objectives based on requirements and cost effectiveness.
• Introduce consumer banking products to existing and new branch customers. Cross sell products based on customer potential and needs.
• Be vigilant and alert on any possible frauds/risks, and provide feedback to direct supervisor for guidance and assistance.
• Coordinate with departments/units to resolve any customer problems and queries.
• Handling all the Operational work.
• Responsible for customer complaints/inquiries & for Logging every customer complaint, inquiries and forward to the customer care unit.
• Cooperating with reputable organizations and building a long-term relationship to gain mutual benefits for both sides in marketing and communicating different Training programs to help organizations gain access to a highly relevant pool of interested students and to expanding students' horizons and help them assess their level of interest in a particular career field.
• Handling the process of hiring the students during their college years and after graduation, through employment opportunities, through many activities such as summer Internships, Mock Interviews, Seminars, job shadowing, field trips, part-time and full-time vacancies
• Enhance students' skills through offering them soft skills trainings and practical workshops.
• Responsible of screening, Interviewing and hiring students as part timers and assist the HR in with the students attendance and their salaries.
• Handling the Department budget and training Invoices with the Finance department, Also responsible of the partnerships’ contracts with the legal department.
-Produce press releases for events (to announce in advance or after an event)
- Maintain a list of media contacts and proactively reach out to various media for
coming events.
- Constantly update the local media’s calendars of events.
- Reach out to news editors (TV & Paper) with specific story ideas.
- Work with staff to determine where to best disseminate this information. Help the organization to
demonstrate the impact of philanthropy.
