Job Summary

Responsible for leading all aspects of developing, improving, and maintaining relevant Quality, HSE, and Food Safety Management systems and other operating standards across the Cluster Business Units. Establish and implement the strategic direction, Policies, procedures guidelines, and work priorities (in conjunction with Heads of Business Units) for the continuous improvement of Quality, HSE, and Food Safety management programs and systems. This role oversees the management systems certification against international standards for existing and new certifications according to the Business Unit requirements and evaluates existing practices, processes, and procedures based on standards and identification of existing gaps.

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and coordinate Quality, HSE, and food Safety management systems for Cluster Business Units.
• Initiates Quality, HSE, and food Safety improvements/changes aligned with Cluster Business units goals.
• Advises Business Unit Heads and assists with the implementation of new or existing Quality, HSE, and food Safety related legislation, rules, and organization standards.
• Develops Quality and safety KPIs and ensures to submission of weekly and monthly reports to Top Management.
• Provide support to all Quality, HSE, and food Safety activities within Cluster Business Units.
• provide advice and assistance to Business Units Heads to solve safety and Quality problems.
• Lead the Major incident investigation across E-Services Cluster and ensure adequate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Verifies compliance with the provisions of the Quality, HSE, and Food Safety across the Cluster Business Units.
• Develop a monthly SHEQ Communication and reporting Strategy for all Business Units including written information, analysis, and dashboards.
• Builds efective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and Government agencies to support the Companys core Quality, HSE, and food Safety values.
• Supports the training and development of all staf to ensure awareness and understanding of Quality, HSE, and food safety Standards and their relevance to business objectives.
• Provide Assistance to business units during tender preparation and assist with evidence to help in Go-no-go decision.

Initiates Quality, HSE and Food Safety improvements/changes aligned with organizational goals.
Develops Quality, HSE and Food Safety KPI’s and ensures to submit reports on weekly and monthly to Top Management.
Verifies compliance with the provisions of the Quality, HSE and Food safety across the organization.
Develop a monthly SHEQ Communication and reporting Strategy for all Business Units including the written information, and dashboards
Builds effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners to support the Companys core Quality values.
Develop and implement a customer complaint Handling system and carry-out necessary analysis and investigations
Develop and implement customer satisfaction feedback and carry-out necessary analysis and investigations
Develops and implements the techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of the organization Quality, HSE and Food safety systems.
Develop and maintain Quality assurance program for cluster Business Units
Lead & Execute MS internal Audits within Cluster Business Units, and assist for closing-out the NCR’s raised during the internal & external Audits
Manages and maintain Business Units’ risk register, reviewing Quality, HSE and Food safety Management risks and escalating where appropriate

Key responsibilities as Facility Manager
• Manage contractors & outsourced services providers of both hard & soft services and ensure that meeting clients requirements and company Facilities Management objectives and targets.
• Manage, orient, and supervise the Facilities Management team to implement the organizations Facilities Management program.
• Monitor Various service providers related to facilities management.
• Assist clients auditors and inspectors and prepare an action plan against audits and inspection findings.
• Ensuring that all facilities-related service contract AMCs & KPIs are implemented & achieved.
• Maintaining a system of cost reduction during Facility Operations and Maintenance.
• Supervising the efective implementation of the planned preventive maintenance (PPM),
• Maintaining Security check and patrolling system to secure clients residents and properties.
• Compile and analyze QHSEFM trends to propose innovative ideas and enhance the overall function.
