 Establish PMO Organization Structure, hiring, managing staffing requirements in line with project objectives
 Responsible to develop and lead a program management office by establishing the organization’s approach to the full life cycle of the projects it undertakes - from planning, initiation, resourcing, execution, monitoring, control and completion across Nigeria;
 Ensure PMO to meet performance targets that are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives and that projects adhere to best practices;
 Oversee the delegation of work to Project Managers and Program Managers;
 Set annual performance targets for individuals and the team and conduct performance reviews;
 Manage the workload of Project Managers on the program and help to remove faced obstacles challenging their success;
 Manage Third Party vendor agreements;
 Coordinate and conduct post-implementation reviews of projects with Project Managers;
 Track and provide projects status;
 Manage risks, issue and change resolution process and work with other leaders to take corrective action as necessary;
 Oversee Project Managers for the delivery of Projects/Programs on time within the scope and on budget;
 Coordinate the projects prioritization process to provide executive leaders with the information they need to assess which proposals have the highest potential value, impact and strategy alignment;
 Keep leaders up-to-date with project opportunities and risks

 Part of a highly qualified technical team to support affiliates within any operational challenge faced degrading network performance within the African Continent: Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Rwanda & Zambia
 Report to Managing Directors & COO on the Operations Progress on monthly basis;
 Assist leading local operational managers and support related staff to meet the operational needs of each affiliates;
 Working on developing tools & software for operations optimization on Preventive Maintenance, asset tracking, diesel consumption and consumables utilization

- Responsible of the drafting, establishing & developing of a unified reporting/monitoring system enabling Mets Holding to overlook its investments with partners internationally within established distribution network (partially or totally) owned in below named countries:
 ME Area: Lebanon, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kurdistan & Emirates
 African Continent: Algeria, Uganda, Juba (South Sudan)
 Asian Continent: Afghanistan, Pakistan & Uzbekistan
- Coordinating all road maps for any new investment (from legal documentation, to market Analysis sizing and dimensioning…);
- Contribute to the development and refinement of The Group’s vision and strategy;
- Determine short, medium and long-term strategic objectives of the business;
- Plan, direct and manage the performance of the companies’ operations, as dictated by the overall strategy agreed with Mets Holding, so as to maintain and develop business growth in accordance with the agreed business strategy;
- Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organisation do maximises its short, medium and long-term profitability and returns to its shareholders;
- Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans;
- Work on optimizing Mets Holding total Inventory between its manufactory and owned distribution network;
- Ensure that company operates at a profit rate which enables it to maintain and improve its financial freedom and action and that monthly, quarterly;
- Present yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages resources within those budgets’ guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines;
- Maintain and develop organisational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies;

- Responsible for the development of a reporting/monitoring system to enable control enhancing on all Linfra & IPI Holding affiliates operations across the globe:
 ME Area: Lebanon, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria & Yemen
 African Continent: Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Nigeria, Mali, Ghana & Sudan
- Report to Managing Directors on the Operations Progress on monthly basis;
- Monitor & guide the establishing of a SharePoint system for systemization purposes;
- Assist leading local operational managers and support related staff to meet the operational needs of each affiliates;
- provide strategic and operational planning input for the regional operations;
- Offer direction and support to assigned Operations Managers within affiliates & regions in planning and execution of services;
- plan, implement and drive operations and engineering projects to ensure consistent operating execution and sustainability within regions;
- Partner with the affiliate operations’ teams in driving major process improvement initiatives;
- Assist with execution of policies, processes, and service standards that meet the needs of all internal and external customers;
- Review and monitor initiative implementation metrics to ensure successful execution and sustainability;
- Provide assistance to distribution center management through on-site visitation and interaction with leadership team based on analysis of productivity and operational KPIs of individual affiliates operations;
- Ensure affiliates management to be at acceptable performance by communicating subject with the human resources office to guarantee compliance with organizational guidelines;
- oversee and assist the human resources with interviewing, hiring, and training employees;
- Assist the human resources within planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees;
- Secure frequent trips to all affiliates yearly as part of the close monitoring to:
 Secure systems put in place are followed and kept optimized;
 Clients are satisfied with services being provided;
 Partners are being met to ensure continual improvement;
- increase overall profitability by motivating and assisting employees within their region to be successful in their role;
- Participate in the development of fiscal budgets;
- Attend Board meetings for operational overviews;
- Assist in pricing projects within new markets;

- Conduct internal audits securing optimum quality management system utilization.
- Open new channel of commercial business diversifying lines of revenues.
- Monitor stock management and its logistics.
- Confirm continuous & eminent clear punctual reporting securing accurate guiding data.
- Monitor & maintain company’s compliance with country’s legislation;
- Assess & evaluate the implementation of strategies, policies, management performance criteria and business plan from quality assurance perspective;

- Adjuss/rectify Company's Sales Turnover position, company's strategy, the business plan and its management referring to already implemented budget for year 2008 and the 5 year drawn plan.
- Increase and establish service awareness and market share, working out strategic business/marketing plans to increase sales volume and profitability.
- Plan to develop an annual account with a strategic focus directed to identify all opportunities slecting strategies prospects, identifying customer needs, and selling communication solutions to achieve revenues/margin and sales objectives.
- Plan to drive country business so to achieve and surpass sales and business goals and company objectives by proposing investment projects.
- Develop and facilitate effective and timely communication, both within the area, and with the Head Office and the Region
- Decide Organization within compnay guidelines with emphasis on quality, cost control, safety and environment. Propose, implement and follow company internal procedures.
- Responsible for governance of the country's operations & control legal aspects of the affiliate.

- Overseeing and controlling projects' budgets, optimizing all resources and maintaining good relationship with clients.
- Preparing submitting projects reports on regular basis to country manager and corporate operations.
