High Rise Commercial and Residential Buildings Project (3 years duration). The project cost is US$1.0 billion funded by Limitless. This is a mixed-use development located between the Dubai waterfront and Techno Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, spanning an area of 200 hectares.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.
- Responsible for all reinforcement shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules.
• Responsible for all structural activities. Involved in the design stage up to the construction stage.
• Perform structural design analysis calculations using governing codes and standards.
• Use computer aided design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents.
• Lead a team of designer and draftsmen and assign the jobs and responsibilities for the quality of drawings.
• Reviews the structural drawings done by draftsmen and ensure its accuracy and provide guidance where necessary.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to the construction department.
• Suggest structural solutions for any required structural modifications during work progress.
• Sign and Seal Structural Plans / Drawings and Calculations as well as the Plumbing Plans for Building Permit requirements
• Conduct site inspection for monitoring and checking.
