Achievements:
• Within 3 months I was given full responsibility for managing 6 properties with three of our highest profile clients.
• Sourced quotes for various property upgrades such as a home management system (£100K), a new fire door, due to regulation changes in the UK (£20K), a new complete boiler system (£18K) and many more.
• Responsible for managing a serious leak in one property, including sourcing quotes for damaged carpets, wallpapers, fixtures, furniture, building work and coordinating with the insurance company to find a swift resolution.
• Conducted over 216 property visits since joining, for regular checks and specialist appointments
• Built strong relationships with my clients and all of our specialist providers, ensuring that I am able to provide the best possible service.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring all properties are set up and presented at the highest standard for our clients' arrival.
• Conduct property checks, testing everything from water pressure to pest activity.
• Source quotes for repairs ensuring the highest quality partners are utilised.
• Oversee all appointments in the property from security, plumbing, maintenance and electrical to housekeeping, flower arrangement and AV set up.
• Undertake inventory checks and ensure that the property is fully stocked with my clients preferred products, ready for their arrival.
• Support our lifestyle team in sourcing products, event tickets and restaurant bookings.
• Propose enhancements to my clients properties in the form of presentations, based on my personal knowledge of the resident.
