• Responsible for monitoring training and development of new staff on shift.

• To present bills to diners, collect payment and give to the cashier return change or credit card.
• To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Conducts employer mapping operations to identify complying and non complyingemployers preparatory to employer visits and serving of demand letters.
• Prepares demand letters and conduct enforcement visits to non complying employers for membership generation;conducts Fund briefing for membership retention and conducts MRUT related activities.
• Prepares and submits Marketing and Enforcement daily and periodic reportorial requierments and monitoring/accomplishments reports in accordance with standards.
• Attends to and performs information counter services.
• Assists in the preparation and conducts of FC meetings
• Performs other related functions that were assigned from time to time.
