recognized at EMEA level with its positive impact on new hires and hiring managers.
-Leading a project to create development centers to fortify and strengthen current employees' leadership skills through direct observation of real life scenarios and leverage their leadership skills. Working as both a
Project leader and observer of the sessions. Project has been recognized in EAGM level as enabler of identifying future leaders.
-Working closely with Regions Business Leaders, local HR Teams to coach & consult them on EAGM Services Business strategies & priorities ( staffing plans, performance management, talent development, C&B etc..)

During my studies in Italy I worked part time as Turkish Consultant for project based on TTS (Text to speech) system.
I joined the project as support employee but became the project leader shortly.

Through working in an international five-star deluxe hotel, which has Hotel of the Year, Quality Excellence and General Manager of the Year Awards 2005 in global intercontinental Group I had the opportunity to gain
