 Attends walk in applicants and prepares endorsement letter to our local agent in Manila & India if they are suitable for the position they applied and if they have No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous employer.

 Attends erring employees and do the appropriate disciplinary action based on our existing Company Rules & Regulations and Saudi Laws.

 Coordinates with General Services regarding the accommodations and foods of arrivals from their country of origin.

 Acts as a sort of secretary to the Personnel Manager.

 Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Personnel Manager.
