 Read and familiarize the Contract Agreement thoroughly enable to know, understand and interpret the contract conditions and clauses to ensure that all phases of work is carried out adhering to a standard engineering practices which conforms to client’s requirements, standards, and specifications.  Prepares the quantity take-off for Remeasured Quantities (RMQ) of all Piping and Structural works to update the BOQ Remeasurement for the Bi-Monthly Billing. This is comprised with all pipelines, pipe supports, etc. (Piping works) and columns, girders, beams, checkered plates, stiffener plates, etc. (Structural works) that conforms to the MOM, specifications, and IFC drawings.  Update the progress quantity and provide the actual progress photo for all Piping works for the Bi-Monthly Billing.  Prepares a cost estimates for any variation orders/additional claims for Piping, Mechanical Equipments, Structural, etc. thru QCIR/WAS as reported by QC Department for inclusion in monthly progress billing. Ensure that the validity and credibility of any disputed claims and change orders is in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the Contract Agreement.  Have a close interaction/coordination and provide answers to any technical queries of the client for any changes, and/or additional works from the IFC drawings that could have a cost impact and would affect the existing work schedule.  Attended Weekly/Monthly meetings within the company’s staff to discuss latest developments of the project.
