Expert in Installation, Testing, Commissioning and modification of 400/132KV & 132/11 kV & special
project including Series reactor which includes various make GIS, MV switchgear, Power transformers
(50MVA), Shunt & series reactors Capacitor banks and 132kV & 11kV cables.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (engineering, commission, protection, operation, SCADA, maintenance,
planning, tender, contracts, and finance departments) to ensure the project's progress as per the
baseline schedule.
Leading the execution team, verify the invoices by contractors & consultants and ensuring that they
follow the guideline to meet the target date. - Reviewing engineering deliverables and verifying the
weekly & monthly reports, recovery program, and risk mitigation plan submitted by contractors &
consultants.
Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, personnel performance, and reporting
on the project's status to the senior management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. - Determine risk
and mitigate it to avoid delays in a project’s progress.
Developed & standardized of installation check list, test formats, procedures & policies and interface
with internal stakeholders for Various substation equipment
Executing and controlling project of the installation, Testing and Commissioning Activities in 33/11kv primary substation in Alain area. United Arab Emirates and capacitor banks testing and commissioning (Projects G 1296, G14090).
Testing & Commissioning of EHV, HV, and MV & LV substations at UAE, Contract # G1288 T - Connecting Sir Baniyas Island to Abu Dhabi 33KV network and 132 / 11KV primary Substation at Dubai Internet City.
