• Conduct daily inspection for lay out and cutting, fit-up, material inspection, dimensional, spool release activities prior to painting.
• Review and conduct line check inspection to ensure it comply both Engineering and Quality requirements, prepare punch list, punch list clearing on test package issued to FAT supervisor prior to release for testing.
• Witnessing and inspection of reinstatement and close out activities of piping systems after completion of test as per approved drawings, specification and commissioning requirements.
• Inspection and witness Hydrostatic test/Pneumatic testing of process piping, based on test boundaries and limitation within P & ID if matching with isometric drawings. Review and check calibration certificate of all gauges use in hydrostatic test or pneumatic test.
• Supervise fabrication and erection of pipe spools and pipe supports according to the latest construction isometric drawing. Coordinate among construction team and discipline supervisors for the execution of piping works and verify the availability and adequacy of material.
• Update daily welding and hydrotest progress report.
• Communicate with project managers and other inspectors on a regular basis regarding welding quality and project progress.

Monitor workshop fabrication activities.
* Material control and drawing interpretation.
* Prepare WPS (welding procedure specification) in accordance with client specification.
* Conducting of welder’s qualification test.
* Prepare, review and approval of inspection and test plan (ITP).
* Issue and control of Non-conformance report (NCR) and corrective action request (CAR).
* Collection and compilation of all inspection report for final as-built documentation.
* Representing the company in all quality related matters and briefing the management on regular
basis on quality issues.
* Prepare and review of Non-destructive test (Radiograph and MPI) activities.
* Preparing Inspection report for all materials delivered as well as dimensional control report.
* Compilation of PQR documents ensuring that all necessary certificates and information such as
WPQT weld run data sheet, material test certificate, NDE reports, mechanical test results etc. are
intact.

• Prepared Proposed WPS \[UFT-PWPS-001 (carbon steel of material specification A106 Grade B to A106 Grade B)\] and PQR (Procedure qualification record) documents for the project.
• Witnessing of mechanical test for the PQR (UFT-PQR-001).
• Conducted welder’s (DNV Welders) qualification test for the project (using SMAW process, 6G).
• Prepared inspection and test plan (ITP) & WPS (UFT-WPS-003) for project production welding.
• Identification of welding consumables as required by the WPS.
• Identification of parent metal for Project execution.
• Drawing review and interpretation.
• Supervise and coordinate welding activities during fabrication.
• Documents compilation for manufacturer’s data book.
