*Manage all accounting transactions including preparation of invoices, posting, and tracking in accounting system
*Managing accounts payable and receivable, direct expenses, petty cash, payroll and reconciling bank statements
*Follow up and collect on all overdue invoices from customers in a timely manner

*Preparing reports like month-end and aging reports, payroll and vat filing reports
*Assists in the auditing, recording and collection of cash
*Assists Cash Specialist in administration functions with FFAA/cashiers
*Encoding of checks prepared for disbursement and filing of Treasury documents and records
*Reconciliation of Doctor's payment and deposits cheque
*Documenting all cash transactions for each day and reconciling bank deposits and payments
*Subbing in as an FFAA/cashier and assist clinic
*Prepares and check inventory and products daily
*Account all sales and account receivables both manually and in accounting system
*Double check all sales and deposit cash
*Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping the office and the warehouse clean; maintains the quality and quantity of products by checking and cleaning them
*Completes reports by entering required information and hourly monitors the sales agents of the company
*Calling customers in order to double check their payment and orders
*Assists and manage the logistics
*Preparing daily and month-end reports
