1. Expansion of existing Integrated Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB) and Normal Paraffin Projects for various downstream derivatives at Jubail Industrial Area, Saudi Arabian(Brown Field Project).

2. Construction of integrated Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB) and Normal Paraffin Projects with various downstream derivatives at Yanbu Industrial Area, Yanbu (Green Field Project).

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for finalisation of various technology for Process Units including several downstream units from international technology providers.

Responsible for finalization of Construction contracts including Basic Engineering, FEED, PMC & EPC through competitive bidding as per set company procedure.

Development and implementation of project procurement procedure, standard document templates, General Conditions and other various relevant standard documents for the projects and other procurement planning & development work.

Responsible for identification of suitable bidders, RFQ preparation and review, issue of RFQ, offer follow-up, opening of bid, coordinating for technical evaluation and providing active rolls during technical evaluation, price bid evaluation and comparative bid analysis. Negotiation with technically shortlisted bidder on commercial terms and financial value, taxation etc.

Responsible for Techno Commercial discussion/ Negotiating with National/International contractor and consultant on Deviation, Contractual Terms.

Responsible for drafting MOM for Techno commercial points/clarification discussed and agreed during the negotiation.

Responsible for drafting note for approval, Letter of Intent, Letter of Award, and Contract as per the negotiated terms and getting approval from Contract review team and management.

Responsible for review and coordination for external Contracts received from various parties related for the Project.

Responsible to coordinate kick-off meeting, change order management, disputes managements and contract interpretation and coordination with Legal Head and Project Manager on legal and technical issue respectively for preparation of reply to the Contractors and working as Contractor Administrator for Post award Contract.

Responsible to Monitoring of commercial milestone, Bank Guarantee, Advance Bank Guarantee, LD etc.
