- Manage and monitor the overall activities and ongoing improvements of the DWH and BI section

-Responsible for managing company’s Data warehouse & Business Intelligence team including data integration, data quality, monitoring ETL process, data development of new reports and dashboards for business users and managing changes in business cycles.

-Closely interface and coordinates with business departments ensuring the development and delivery of high quality business applications that fully supports the business departments.
-Respond to, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for technical assistance from users experiencing problems with any data warehouse -related issues or any analysis based requests.
-Responsible for maintaining and managing Company’s internal portal.
-Managing and Administering Company’s Business Process Management system.
-Managing and Administering Sales Force System(Microsoft CRM)
-Managing and Administering Company’s E-Messaging (E-Invoices) System.
-Responsible for maintaining and managing company’s Data warehouse that includes monitoring the system, daily ETL process, development of new reports for business users and managing changes in business cycles.
-Respond to, evaluate and prioritize incoming requests for technical assistance from users experiencing problems with any data warehouse -related issues or any analysis based requests.
-Responsible for maintaining and managing Company’s internal portal.
-Maintaining and administering Radius system, conducting regular system upgrade, developing new packages and troubleshooting
-Managing and Administering Company’s Business Process Management system.
- Sole responsible for maintaining and managing Umniah external website.
-Create, update, and maintain site pages using Microsoft CMS technology and Manage integration with source systems.
-Coordinate with Vendors and designers for major site changes.
-Responsible for implementing and maintaining Umniah internal portal while providing support to company’s end-users.
-Managing and Administering Company’s Business Process Management system.
-Responded to, evaluated, and prioritized incoming phone and email requests for technical assistance from end users experiencing problems with any Web-related issues.
Developed software solutions using Visual Basic.NET, Java, ColdFusion, HTML and JavaScript programming languages
Gained a scholarship by the British Council and the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MoICT) as part of an international internship program and the following is my contribution in Bibliotech:
First month was spent working in the quality assurance division learning about the company’s core products suite as well as providing testing for new products which were due for implementation.
Working as a .Net developer to produce a new application that should be integrated into the existing system of ‘Bibliotech’ .
And as a member of the .Net developers team i worked with the Graphic Designers, Database Administrators, and Business Analysts to complete the project development cycle.
