Duties and Responsibilities:
•Design, recommend and implement standards and procedures for the New Vehicles sales department, control and manage the registration and sales administration activities.
•Align all the sales and registration activities to meet with the customer expectations and requirements
•Responsible for the timely and accurate dissemination of information to the sales consultants
•Approve and control all the daily transactions signed by Chief Operating Officer
•Control and verify the payment requests submitted by the sales consultants
•Respond to NV Branch Managers and Sales Consultants requirements and suggestions
•Respond to key customers needs and complaints
•Maintain various customer databases including Lease database
•N-CAM Sales Driver: prepares the sales reports (Daily, Monthly, Mid-Month, Sales Forecast, CSI, Nissan Car flow, DPR & Sales Training) as per Nissan guidelines and requirements
•Assist the Sales Administration and Financial controller in preparing the annual CY and FY business Plan in addition to any required sales forecast.
•Handle all internal sales and registration reporting activities (such as Registration and Sales Administration related activities, Sales Force target etc)
•Perform other duties as required
