- In-charge with the Project Procurement Management Plan, the Annual Procurement
Plan, the Annual Investment Plan and the reports for the Department
- Conducts regular evaluation and monitoring of the Departments’ Projects, Programs
and Activities
- In-charge in writing of and in making power point presentation for the Annual
Situation Analysis for the Department
- Partakes in the creation and the focal person of the Makati Anti-Poverty Committee
(MAPC)
- Partakes in the conduct of Trainings, Seminars and Workshops for the employees
- Partakes in the planning and execution of programs, projects and activities
conducted by the department for the community
Case Worker
- Conducts interview with clients to obtain necessary information to come up with an
accurate and effective social case study
- Communicate with government and non-government agencies in behalf of the
clients to obtain aid they need
