Process re-engineering and improvement around operations and frontline is my core responsibility. Purpose is to drive automated process and increase STP ratio. Robotics Process Automation has been introduced around different manual processes. This will enable organisation to reduce processing TAT with increased client experience.
My job is entrusted with providing better and smooth operation of account and credit card's after sales activities.
