• Embrace data-driven and digital HR and support them in becoming a future-proof organization.
• Provide HR Transformation support by working in multi-disciplinary teams to equip HR to provide the workforce with experiences that enable companies to meet business objectives and optimize the full talent ecosystem.
• Develop and deliver an HR process map, operating model, digital roadmap, and transformation journey.

• Articulate and handle the Global HCM System and related business data and processes, focus on identifying trends, determining the root cause of problems, predicting future implications and determining solutions to drive effective business decisions.
• Architect the Global HCM data interfaces/systems integration with implementation vendor and IT.
• Undertake the assignment for the role and user-based security for employees and/or positions in the HCM system.
• Handle a wide spectrum of activities, such as release management, reviewing release summary and release readiness documents from system vendors, and identifying enhancements relevant to the HCM system and impacts to downstream systems.
• Serve as the SPOC for system or project-based development and enhancement requests.
• Conduct the Voice of Employee Surveys as well as drive the performance management cycles
• Configure industry standards within the Workday HCM solution and provide recommendations to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes for the clients.
• Actively engaged in articulating and implementing the requirements in the Workday HCM solution.
