Ensuring availability of critical spares of the equipment in the inventory and their timely procurement action.
Drawing’s & vendor’s development for imported spares.
Maintenance history build up for all spares and resources used for future analysis/development.
Well versed with inventory, Purchase Request, Purchase Order, I Procurement, BOM, ERP & MRP
Daily co-ordination between operation, planning cell, maintenance, reliability, inventory, procurement and warehouse.
OPEX and CAPEX budget analysis, planning, controlling and monitoring of Overall maintenance budget/project activities
Responsible for equipment Bill of Materials, maintenance consumables and tooling, Spare parts codification for indenting with respect to effectively Inventory control measures through PILOG MDRM
MIN-MAX setting, considering MTBF, Lead Time, Reparability, Cost, Criticality & annual consumption.
Technical support to buyer for evaluation during procurement process and
Routine and Periodically report generation, analysing and related expediting to assured maximum equipment availability and minimum maintenance downtime.
Periodic reviewing of Inventory stock levels for slow mover and fast mover items for reducing inventory cost
Follow up for Material, spares, deliveries as per PO mentioned dates with Expediting and Logistic department based on criticality and urgent requirements.
Follow up for emergency Service, Spare requirement with Procurement /expediting /Logistic and acquire required approvals for changing MOT
Timely Follow up for OSDR materials with expediting section, buyer and suppliers if required for resolving the rejection and for delivering correct specification material.
Physical verification of inventory spares along with warehouse team, to verify actual quantity and system availability are same
AFE(Authorization for expenditure) related procurement tracking, job completion tracking, updating progress to finance and closing of AFE with closure certificate
Submission of Monthly and yearly finance accrual for Maintenance department.
Receipting of invoices for the services taken for the Plant maintenance from Contractors and Service Providers after Management approvals.
Handling of Resources, Services tools and spare parts for Plant Turn Around, Major Shut downs, MOC approved Jobs within allocated budget
Knowledge in Spares for the major and minor equipment’s Phosphates Mining Plant- Crushers, Sizer, Plate feeders Conveyors, Rod mill, Ball Mill, slime Thickeners, Silos, hydro cyclones, agitators, Dryers, Reclaimers (Wet and Dry), Power and Utility Plant Spares, Gas Turbine (GE) HGPI, CI and Major Overhauling) and generator, Gate valves, Deep well, pumps, Gearboxes, Motors Plant E& I spares, Workshop overhauling spares, Fabrication items.
Handled Plant Contracts - equipment Rentals, Manpower’s, Gas Turbine and Generator Maintenance, Outsource Fabrications, TUV Certifications, Instrument Calibrations, mobile equipment rentals, industrial gas supplies, Gas
Quarterly submission of contractors performance evaluation report to Contract Department
Co- Ordination with Procurement Contract & Service Section for Service PR/PO and mobilization of service team at site
Handling Plant Emergency Spares requirement for Equipment maintenance and Emergency Service
Knowledge In Daily Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, RCM, PM, Turn Around, Work Order Creation, BOM uploading
Direct Responsible for Execution of Instrument, Plant communication related Project work. Leading team of Forman, Technicians to perform quality and cost effective works in given scheduled time Reporting to Project Manager in daily and weekly basis Attending Client Project Team meeting Project Documentations
