• Works for QATAR FOUNDATION, Education City Doha, Qatar. Works as Nutritionist for 6 Academies of Qatar Foundation namely Qatar Academy - Doha, Qatar Academy - Al Wakra, Qatar Academy - Al Khor, AWSAJ Academy, Qatar Academy Sidra and Qatar Academy Mushrieb.
• Oversees weight management program for students of Qatar Leadership Academy which includes Weight Assessment, Meal planning, Food Monitoring and Diet Counselling.
• Oversee production and service of meals of nearly 2000 clients (students and staffs) during breakfast and lunch.
• Conducts nutrition counselling to clients desiring to improve diet habits both therapeutic and weight management.
• Prepares list of special food to be served for students with allergies on daily basis.
• Conducts training for staffs on portion control and quality service.
• Monitors the quality of food from receiving, kitchen preparation and serving as per HACCP requirement.
• Ensures high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are executed throughout the operation.
