210 stores in 5 regions, annual revenue of around EUR 320 million

Accomplishments at implementing a sustainable business model:
New marketing approach (introduction of two new campaigns with a total of 25% turnover of which 7% is non-food)
Strategic realignment of assortment and pricing policy
Optimization of the Sales Department through new personal policies and business processes. It resulted in the reduction of costs and increased implementation of standards.
Optimization of the store opening process
Opened up 100 new stores with a new store concept
Development of two new Regions
EBITDA was brought to industry standard and reached a record level
Head of three branches as an authorized representative in the region of Wiesbaden
Implementation of sales standards
