Core Responsibilities:
Communicate with International Agencies in different Countries (India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri lanka, Jordan & Philippines among others).
Provide further instructions and procedures to the International Recruitment Agencies.
Provide Recruitment Statistic to the Executives of HR.
In charge in both Recruitment & Documentation, manage assign accounts. Interview different positions from skilled to professional categories. Provide quality service both internal & external customer. Monitor & Maintain Recruitment Statistic based on Management & Client's demands. Administer different Industrial & Psychometric Examinations, OPQ
MANAGE THE FOLLOWING: Check employee’s Daily Activities, . Check employee’s performance weekly and monthly (evaluation) Issue and draft Memorandum both disciplinary and announcement for policies. Maintain Statistic for Manpower Requirements Locally & Internationally. Maintain and Modify Standard Operating Procedure (Operations) Issue and Draft Certificate of Appreciation for employee’s of the month. Provide Training each department such as Recruitment Sourcing/Documentation/Admin and Support. Checking Financial Flow. Email Proposal for recruitment stability (relevance offices) Interview and provide exam for Local Applicants Interview Walk in applicants Create policies for President and Board approval. Provide quality service each clients visit for recruitment campaign. Monitor employee’s late and absent Approved employee’s request for supplies. Planning and implementation for the whole operations. COMPETENCIES Over all coordinate the whole operations and provide accuracy. Strong Knowledge in Sourcing, Documentation and Admin Procedure. Basic Knowledge in Business Communication.
