1. Ensure competent & quality execution of all regular purchasing items/duties & works.
2. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing.
3. Schedule store visits.
4. Coordinate with operations team in the purchasing scope of work for different sales orders assigned.
5. Assist in managing and following up overseas orders.
6. Handling and monitoring the claims to factories and vendors for any defects, shortage or missing of parts (NCR's)
7. Support Marketing department with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
8. Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
