Deliver all piping engineering discipline design activities to cost, schedule and quality criteria.
Manage the discipline design team on a project.
Key aims and objectives
Execute design and draughting activities (Concept, Front End Engineering Development, Technical Study & Detailed Design).
Act as a discipline focal point.
Prepare piping drawings and design deliverables to the required technical quality with minimum input from engineering personnel.
Implement Company, and where applicable, Client/Project policies and procedures.
Supervision of design/draughting personnel and allocation of work.
Remain abreast of legislative requirements.
Approval, checking and preparation of design/engineering documentation.
Undertake tasks on behalf of Design Manager, Lead Engineer or Senior Engineer as directed.
Undertake work in accordance with relevant Codes, Standards and Procedures.
Undertake surveys necessary to develop area of work assigned.
Maintain and develop current awareness of relevant engineering technology.
Maintain and develop current awareness of relevant Codes and Standards.
Liaise with other disciplines, departments, project personnel, vendors, etc.
Ensure all design drawings and documents are completed within the allocated hours and in accordance with the programme.
Responsibilities
Completed engineering design for Conoco-Phillips Ekofisk (Norway) Offshore - Top side and Bridge project,
Responsible for design Review, coordination and consolidation of comments for all EPC project deliverables. Equipment and piping layout design concepts and develop pipe routing and support arrangements, Responsible for offshore platform all piping deliverables -3D modelling in PDMS, piping isometrics, G.A. drawings, Support details, spool fabrication drawing, support plans, beam penetration, clash-checking, Guide to designer team, daily progress report and man-hour planning. Coordinate with various interface to bridges and package vendor drawing review.
l had worked on PDMS 3D modelling application and MDS application for offshore platform supports. Supporting to Construction team for yard fabrication and offshore fabrication for Bridges, topside and hook-up Fabrication.
I was worked in Jurong Aromatics project (Singapore). I am responsible for checking & guiding to designers, and 3D modelling, Design review in SPR, deliverable piping layouts, plot plan, isometric, pipe supports, structural platforms and other discipline coordination.
* I have worked for NSRP proposal (Neghi sons refinery in Viatnam) I am responsible for routing study & checking for process unit. Pipe-rack design & loading detail, UG routing study, flare system, utility distribution, plot plan development and Mto sketches and MTO activity. Structural platforms and other discipline coordination.
* I as worked for “ ADMA offshore project for Compression platform “ I am prepares of 3D modelling on PDMS, Checking pipe routing, Equipment layouts, plotplan, issue isometric for construction, checking MTO. Vendor drawing checking, released equipment orientation, piping support as per stress requirement, offload to work other jr. designer and coordination with other deciplines.
* I was worked for PETRONAS offshore project (Kumang Cluster offshore development) I am prepared 3D modelling on PDMS, Isometric and vendor drawing checking,
Support modelling etc.
* I have worked with foster wheeler and Worley parsons joint SPT projects in Jurong Island for Exxon Mobil - Refinery, Singapore. for Brownfield project.
I was responsible for "SPT-IRF project” Preparing Checking pipe routing, equipment layouts, plot plan, isometric, site surway, Construction supports, site supervision, resolving site problem, drawing generation and MTO. I had completed engineering for PAC tankage area, Berth loading, process lines, nitrogen, steam, foam lines, fire water And I have worked in H2 PSA Hydrogen plant detail engineering. I was worked in “SPT-IRF” Exxon Mobil Mega project from feed stage to completion of detail engineering and construction.
Responsibilities
* Worked as a Sr. Piping Designer for (Qatar Liquefied Gas Company Limited, “Qatar Gas-II”) Offshore Project, platform for Wellhead Platform 4 (WH4): A 12 well-slot platform with 10 installed wells, wellhead Platform 5 (WH5): A 15 well-slot Platform with 7 installed wells.
* Worked Experience in PDS (Version 7.1.1.0) different modules like Piping Designer, Equipment
Designer, Isometric Drawing Manager and piping supports.
* Worked on 3D support modeller software - Pelican forge.
Responsibilities
* Worked as a Sr. Piping designer for (Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemical Ltd. (MRPL) for Isomeration Revamp Project, having Process licensor as UOP)

I have Prepared 3D Modelling for Gas Compressor project in PDMS. And now I am working on
PDMS 11.5 software.

· Structural Platforms, Equipment G.A., Equipment Orientation Plan.
· Preparation of Engg. Drawing for Columns, Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Boilers & Heat Exchangers.
· Review of vendor drawings for vessels, Reactors, bullet, Column platform & ladder, etc.
· Preparation of orientation plan for all equipments as per piping layout.
· Tube sheet Layout and Setting Plan for Heat Exchangers.
· Preparation of Drawings for Fired Heaters, Furnaces, Hot air Generator, etc.
· Selection of Pressure Piping, Fittings, Valves as per ANSI Standards.
· Design & detail engineering of IBR piping and approval.
· Analysis and approval of fabrication drawings.
· Handle the Draftsman team and job planing.
· Estimation, preparation of quotations, technical interactions, for proposal engineering.
· I am working with various Std Codes - TEMA, API, ASME, DIN, BS, IS, JIS Etc.
· Conversion of Drawing from Denis, German, Amarican Standard to Indian standards.
