Sales and marketing executive
Coating division:
- Identifying business opportunities outside the country by seeking new prospects, conducting market research and analyzing sales options and trends.
- Actively contacting clients through cold calling, email and direct sales to promote the company's services.
- Providing support, information and guidence to maintain relationshipwith clients, recommending service improvements, conducting research for new opportunities.
- Discussing sales contracts and carrying out negotiations on pricing to close deals, explaining terms and conditions which includes payment terms and delivery processes.
Steel Doors Division:
- Selling and promoting products by establishing new or existing clients, developing relations with clients, recommending solutions and sending questions.
- Negotiating pricing terms with clients and convincing them to issue confirmation of order (LPO).
- Coordinating proactively with Procurement Manager along with the Estimators Team to analyze specifications required by clients and meet there expectations.

- Worked closely with production manager to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance (Mechanic, Electric and Pneumatic trouble shooting) for production machines.
- Implemented the KAIZEN and 5S system.
- Identified new process improvements to respect quality, reduce production costs and increase operator’s efficiency.
- Trained new operators how to use production machine.
- Daily Meeting with the production manager to communicate the different areas of improvement.
