* Conduct 360 degree training needs assessment before
and after the conduct of training.
* Design competency based curriculum.
* Implementation of training program indicated in the
employee training roadmap or consolidated from individual
development plans.
* Monitoring of training effectiveness and follow-up through
meeting, surprise visit, phone conversation and other
means of communication to ensure application of leanings.
* Handles customer queries and other concerns timely and

* Responsible for overseeing any supercharges and
evaluating any alterations to both external and internal
staff.
