Job Responsibilities:-
•Preparation of work planning and submit to project manager.
•Manage resource and machinery as per site requirement.
•Prepare weekly contractor Progress report for weekly meeting.
•Prepare cash flow and CTC on monthly basis.
•Checking the Reinforcement Details as per approved drawings.
•Ensure the control of the construction process by dealing directly with the supporting staffs.
•Co-ordinate and regulate the activities of the Material Engineer, Quantity surveyor, Quality engineer etc. to ensure smooth functioning of the execution in concerned construction package.
•Check Quality of Material as per quality matrix.
•Estimate total quantity of project for CTC & other amendments quantity.
•Ensure Overall Quality of work during execution stage.
•Certify the running bill & final Bill submits by contractor.
•Using SAP module for booking of consume quantity.
•Checked reconciliation statement on monthly basis submitted by contractor.
•Prepare daily, weekly & overall progress report for work planning with manpower status.
•Certify BBS submitted by contractor.
•Ensure maintain pour cards daily basis.
•Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
•Directly responsible for regulating the construction process as per stipulated specifications, standards, contract, etc.
•Prepare project wise capitalization sheet
