 Provide Drawing Layouts and Single Line for electrical installations in street and landscape lightings on infrastructures and large residential developments in compliance with the local and international regulations (BS, IEC and DEWA).
 Manage site activities independently and review material submittal and method statements
 Review and approve contractor’s designs, supervise the erection, testing/commissioning, site QA/QC & safety activities of the contractor’s works to ensure the work complies with the specifications.
 Supervise and carry out inspections on site at all stages.
 Assist the RE and the PM as required based on the project scheduled activities.
 Site supervision on installations of electrical equipment panel boards, irrigation control panels, swimming pool and water feature installations as per the specifications.
 Provide design calculations including lighting and voltage drop to support the design, as per the local authority regulation.
 Attend technical meetings with local authorities, clients and contractors to resolve ambiguities and impediments.

• Handling the project design independently with a team of three engineers and managing the design of Electrical system drawings including Lighting calculations, power, Fire Alarm and Structured cabling design as per local authority regulations and international design standards.
• Co-ordinate with disciplines like Mechanical, Structural and Architectural at various stages of design for successful and timely design completion.
• Attend technical meetings with local authorities to resolve ambiguities and impediments.
• Manage all design calculations like voltage drop, diversity and the load schedules as per Local Authority regulations.
• Manage and co-ordinate with CAD during design and review all CAD works.

• Design of Electrical system drawings including Fire Alarm and Structured cabling design as per local authority regulations and international design standards.
• Preparation of Lighting design calculations using design softwares like Relux and Dialux.
• Manage all design calculations like voltage drop, diversity and preparing the load schedules as per Local Authority regulations.
• Co-ordinate with disciplines like Mechanical, Structural and Architectural at various stages of design.
• Attend technical meetings, resolve ambiguities and impediments.

• Design of Electrical, Fire Alarm and Structured cabling design as per local authority regulations and international design standards.
• Lighting design using Relux and Dialux.
• Co-ordinate with other disciplines like Mechanical, Structural and Architectural at various stages of design.
• Attend technical meetings with local authorities for resolving the design issues.
• Manage a team of 5 CAD, for the design of all electrical system design drawings.
• Performing the design calculations like voltage drop, diversity and preparation of load schedules as per local authorities’ regulations.

• Inspection of electrical systems for multi-storey commercial/flat complexes, quantification, estimation and bill of quantities, power control centers, metering panels, cabling and earthing system.
• Review and approval of construction drawings for LT Distribution
• Site supervision, quality control and preparation of variation statements etc.
• Co-ordination between other services at sites to ensure fine and smooth progress of projects.
• Scheduling, planning and monitoring the progress of electrical installations at site.
