•Verifies incoming goods for quantity, damages, barcodes, expiry date, order quantity, price etc. as per the original order and receive the same with appropriate modifications.
•Keeps a tight control on stock movements and to have all items inventoried and issued correctly at all times.
•Maintains an inventory control system for the Warehouse to ensure goods received, stored and shipped from the Warehouse are properly recorded by using such as Oracle JD, LFS software.
•All the received goods on the inspection table for the requestor to come and inspect the item and approve prior to raising GRN and shifting it to the storage racks/cabinets.
•Send the GRN to Accounts with all documents for further action on settling invoice.
•Co-ordinate loading of all sales orders with warehouse helpers and forklift drivers in accordance with instructions of the Warehouse manager.
•Implement and apply material flow processes to ensure FIFO principles are being applied across team.
•Ensure physical inventory accuracy VS system records by ensuring all material movements are being recorded live and inventory counts are being conducted and discrepancies solved in a timely manner.
•Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure the products are dispatch on time to meet the SLA.
Well Knowledge of WMS and have experience in the different modules of ILS (Manhattan) such as Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, and Dispatch.
Receiving Shipment from different suppliers using Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) Software.
Conducted stocktaking cycle count and inventory management of warehouse item.
