• Participate in the monthly project recap sessions, to discuss project progress, address potential bottlenecks and define lessons learned that will have a positive impact on future implementation.
• Ensure that all equipment and materials provided for the helpdesks are properly transported, used, and stored after use.
• Facilitate payments to helpdesk hosts (e.g., CBOs) by ACTED and/or GIZ SOPs
• Ensure that all inquiries and complaints received by the helpdesks are managed by ACTED SOPs and beneficiary confidentiality is upheld at all times.
